Parcel Returns from Orkney and Shetland

Need to return a parcel? No problem! Streamline handles most parcel returns from the islands to the UK Mainland when you arrange the return through your supplier.

Once you’ve requested a return from your supplier and received a shipping label, drop off the parcel at one of our depots, or contact us to arrange a collection.

Important: All parcel returns must include a printed shipping label – QR codes and barcodes won’t be accepted at our depots. If you can’t print the label yourself, simply email it to your local depot, and we’ll print it for you.

    If you’ve got multiple parcels to send, combine them into one shipment. This can save you money and reduce your delivery costs. If the items are small enough, try to consolidate them into one box or parcel. It’s more cost-effective, and it’s better for the environment too!

    Think ahead about where your parcel will be left if you’re not home. A secure, dry spot is ideal (think porches, sheds, or tucked under a canopy). No one likes a soggy delivery box, so plan a safe and sheltered spot where your package can stay dry, even in heavy rain.
